Asian Style Vegetables with Glass Noodles

The idea here is to mix vegetables with typically Asian noodles. The Glass Noodles are made 100% (for the best quality) of Mongo Bean. The other noodles are (traditionally Japaneese) made of whole Bread Wheat and whole Buckwheat.

The Condiments here are low salt Soy Sauce and Miso. There is also some Ginger Root.

I also added a few fried organic shrimps, which I chose deep frozen (because it is more convenient for me).
