Tuna With Shallots

I used some frozen Albacore Tuna and Shallots, which have a quite distinct flavour from onions. We mince and brown the shallots similarly to onions. The tuna was left to thaw in the fridge on the eve.

When one side of the tuna is cooked, turn the tuna and add the shallots. Let the tuna cook on the other side surrounded by shallots in the pan.
