Tuna With Soya Cream and Spices

Prepare the tuna and begin to fry as in the recipe for Tuna With Shallots . Here, the dressing is with soya cream, and various spices like green pepper, mustard seeds, nutmeg, etc. according to your taste and what you have.

After browning on one side, turn the tuna to fry on the other side, and pour the cream with mixed spices over the tuna. Take care that the frying face of the tuna remains in direct contact with the pan for browning and is not soaked in the cream. Let 5 to 10 minutes until the tuna is well cooked.
