Salad With Cucumber, Smoked Salmon and Yoghurt

We peel off and slice fresh cucumber, add some (low salt) smoked salmon, and fresh yoghurt (here I use ewe yoghurt). I added some Dill Herb and green aniseed. The dish can be made a complete meal by adding carbohydrates like whole bread to bring calories.
