Cook the bananas in a frying pan (with a tasteless oil like peanut oil, grapes seeds oil, etc.) on both sides.
Add a bit of raw cane sugar (unrefined)
on the top of the bananas to boost caramelizing. Pour a little rum in the hot pan and set alight.
Notes:
Beware to proceed in a place which is not liable to wildfire when lighting the hot rum
If it is a problem for you to have rum or matches in your home, you can change the recipe and have the caramelized bananas
with plain yoghurt or
Fromage Blanc
You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. (I usually don't have ice cream in my home...)
